​Jesse works with children, adolescents and adults to promote meaningful change through his genuine, down-to-earth approach. He has extensive experience with co-occurring substance use and draws from Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. As a former Division 1 Athlete, Jesse enjoys helping clients shift their focus and mindset to accomplish change and improve performance in all areas of life.
